Dear Tyler,
Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Saturday evening? Today, has been a busy day for Mom & it started at the crack of dawn. Mom is so sorry that I did not write to you the last 2 nights but as you could see I was quite busy doing every day things & also working on my final exam. I finished it up last night & just need to proof it a couple more times & Mom will be submitting it Sunday night. I am hoping that I will get a good grade so that I can get my GPA up again. Mom is keeping their fingers crossed & I know you are with me during this whole process. I also have been pondering the idea of staying in school & doing some other classes... medical billing & coding. Will keep you posted when I make that decision. On Friday, I was walking the pups & I saw a cardinal. He was a big boy & nice & bright. The saying is that when cardinals are near, your loved ones are with you. I have seen a few since living here & I hope that is you checking in on your Momma every once in a while. It made me smile. Keep the signs coming for me because Mom will always need them.
Let's see about updates for you.... Mark took another certification test today & aced it like I knew he would. The test was scheduled for 1 1/2 hours & he did it in 16 minutes. Again, not surprised. Mom told you about what she has been up to. The family is well. Great Grammy had her 95th Birthday on Friday. Mom saw the pictures & she looked so good. I am sure you were with her as well. I think that is it as far as family updates. The last update that Mom has for you is that your stone & bench are finally in after 5 months of designing & planning. It is down at the cemetery & in place for you. Mom is so happy about this as it is about time & you finally get what you deserve. Mom hopes that you liked what I designed for you. Give me a sign to let me know. Mom will be coming up next weekend so I can checked it out. Mom will leave you something special so be watching out for it!
I have a few daily prayers to catch up on so here they are. August 6~ He that speaketh truth sheweth forth righteousness; but a false witness deceit. I wish to be of service, Lord. So give me courage to put my own hope & despair, my own doubt & fear at the disposal of others. For how could I ever help without first being simply....real?
August 7~ But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. God, make me an open vessel through which the waters of your Spirit flow freely. Let your love move through me & out into my world, touching everyone I come in contact with. Express your joy through the special talents you have given me, that others may come to know your presence in their own lives by witnessing your presence in mine. Amen.
August 8~ For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; and reproofs of instruction are the way of life. Lord, your Word is so alive & vibrant that it almost seems illuminated when I am reading it. When I am troubled, opening the Bible is like turning on a comforting light in a dark, gloomy room. Thank you, Lord, for loving us so much that you gave us your wisdom to illuminate our lives.
Ok... all caught up again. Hopefully things will start to slow down for a bit now that school is done for Mom. I will get my certificate in a couple weeks & then I will study for the 1st board test & then a real job!
The night sky is almost upon us yet again so Mom will be hoping to see the stars & moon shining bright. As always, Mom will whisper to you as I always do. Hope you will be listening out for Mom. Please watch over us daily/nightly. Thank you so much! Mom hopes that you will have a restful night. May it be all that you really want it to be & need it to be. If you get a chance to slow down, Mom hopes that you have sweet dreams & hopefully you will be in Mom's tonight as well.
Mom misses you so much & I love you beyond words. Just remember that...never forget that. You are forever in my heart, mind & soul.
Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!
