Dear Tyler,

Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Monday afternoon? Surprisingly Mom's day has been going pretty well! I was up at 6:30 am with Mark feeding the pups & getting the morning routine started. I laid back down for an hour, then got up, made breakfast, did the dishes, & then started on housework & laundry. I got ready after that & came right into the office to start my school work. I looked over an exam, got it on my school website & submitted it. I will get the grade in the next couple of days. I did well on the 50 multiple choice & fill in the blank questions. I only got 2 wrong. Now it is to wait for all the written parts & power points to be graded. Mom will be starting the new chapter tomorrow so I am off to a good start right now!
The weather today has been nothing but rain. Cloudy & gray all day long. Tomorrow will be the same way but Wednesday the sun will be shining. The temps really are not too bad for winter time in New England. The west coast is getting another snowstorm. This one is called Jaxon. looks like a pretty rough one from all the pictures & videos I have seen.
Last night we were able to skype with Tubal & Karen for about an hour. They looked really good & rested for a change. They are usually running around & working so much. Karen's Mom is still holding on. They were saying last night they were not sure why she still is but like I told them there is something. She is no longer able to talk or respond to anyone that goes to be with her. Although I have never met her, she just sounds like a sweet lady. Kinda reminds me of Great Grammy. I did also chat with Grandpa & Debbie last night as well. They are doing well. Grandpa is all squared away with his new hours at work... Finally! They are both feeling better so that is good. Now to just get Meme better.
Today, Aunt Beck called me with some exciting news. She has been working on research about our family on Meme's side for her upcoming trip & she has found out that we may have 50 relatives that are living over there in Italy. That is amazing! She has been in touch with a couple of them already & is hoping to meet them when she goes there for a visit in a couple months. That is crazy awesome! She was saying that we also have family in New Jersey & also here in Boston. She is going to be having a session with Forrest soon & she is hoping that you & Nana will come through! I will let you know when she has it scheduled but if I don't know then there is your heads up that she will be having one! Hope you do pop in to say hello to her! Mom will keep you posted on all this as Aunt Beck tells me. It is so interesting. That is really all the updates I have for you today as the phone has been super quiet. It is just the start to the week so I am sure to have more for you in the days to come. For now though.... here is the saying for the day:
" Throw kindness around like confetti! "  The saying is very short but right to the point! Mom loves that saying very much. It actually makes me smile when I read it. Later tonight Mom will whisper to you as I always do. Be listening out for my voice. Smile when you hear Mom & I will smile right back to you my sweet precious son. Mom misses you so much. I talk about you all the time to everyone. I love you to the moon & back & all the way around the world. You always will be living inside my heart, mind, body & soul. Forever you will be my hero & the wind beneath my wings. I hope your night is peaceful & restful for you. May you have the chance to do all the things that are asked of you, need to do & things you may want to do. Come be with Mom if you get the chance as well. Thank you.
Mom needs to get going so that I have some extra time to prep dinner tonight & get the pups fed as well. I will be back tomorrow with another letter to you so until then.... good night & sweet dreams my bright shining star. Forever I will hold you in my heart.
 Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!

Here is the prayer for the day:
May you cherish this truth: The Lord is your very dear and precious Shepherd. In Him, you have everything you need. He’ll lead you to still waters and sacred spaces to restore your soul. He’ll lead you in paths of righteousness for His Namesake. Even when you walk through the deepest valley, He’ll be right there with you, close beside you. He’ll correct and direct, guide and provide, and He'll never forsake you. He’ll establish you and honor you in front of your enemies. He’ll anoint your head with oil and fill you to overflowing. His goodness and mercy will chase after you all the days of your life. God invites you to dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of your life.
The Lord is my shepherd; I have all that I need (Psalm 23:1 NIV).
