Dear Tyler,

Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Saturday afternoon? It is 2:30 pm and the sky has gone from partly sunny to very cloudy and gray. It definitely has turned to a "stormy" kind of sky that is for sure. Mom was up early this morning and did all the things that I wanted to get done. I fed the pups and lounged in bed for a bit before getting up, making the bed, giving both pups bathes, dusted, mopped the floors, vacuumed the floors, broke down boxes and also gathered up the garbage. After all that was finished I folded a load of laundry, starting a new load of laundry which is now drying and I managed to get ready as well. I fixed something to eat and I am prepping dinner for this evening. Later Mom will wait to have the groceries delivered, I will put them away and then I will be relaxing and snuggling on the couch with the pups watching TV before going to bed later this evening. I know it will be early to bed for me tonight as I did not get much sleep last night at all. I woke up this morning and watched the latest of Winter Storm Harper and Mom was surprised that on the weather channel it said that the track of the storm shifted and indeed it did. The good news is that we will get about 3-5" of snow starting around 6 pm this evening and will snow overnight but Sunday will be the worst of the weather for us as it is suppose to change from snow to sleet to just ice. The whole state is in dark pink for the ice. The weather guys are saying that it is going to be nasty and to stay off the roads until later in the afternoon on Sunday. Mark is still going to do the cutover this evening. They did push it forward an hour though which is better. He should be on the road and home before the weather starts getting really bad. Please watch over him as he is driving to and from the customer site and watch over Mom and the pups. Thank you so much my sweet precious son. It means so much to Mom. Please also watch over Grandpa, Debbie, Meme, Bob, Aunt Beck, Bean, Aunt Shirley and Richard. They will be getting the brunt of this storm. Looks like they will get 18-24" of snowfall between tonight and tomorrow night. Thank you for watching over them as well. Mom worries about them all so much. A storm like this is dangerous for everyone. I am sure you remember all the storms we used to get and how it was. I am sure you do not miss that at all. I sure do miss you though...so much! I love you to the moon and back and all the way around the world. You are and always will be my hero and the wind beneath my wings. Forever you are inside my heart, mind, body and soul. Always feel that deep within your soul. Mom will be lighting a candle for you in a bit as it is getting darker and darker as the minutes go by. I have whispered to you already today and I hope you heard Mom. I will whisper to you again later this evening as well. I hope that your night will be filled with all the things that you need to do and may want to do. Have fun while Mom gets some much needed sleep. I sure hope that you have the chance and time to visit me in my dreams as well. I love seeing you in them. When I do I know that you are around me and that you hear my request.
Mom did speak to Grandpa and Meme last night for a bit. They were all doing well and awaiting this storm. I am glad that none of them have to go out in it and they can be safe at home. Mom is all set to watch football tomorrow. It will be determined who goes to the Super Bowl by tomorrow evening. Mom is still saying it will be the Saints vs Chiefs...we shall see if I am correct. Bob is rooting for the Patriots as Grandpa is too. The rest of us are not...lol! Mom will tell you on Mondays letter who will be playing because the 2nd game won't get over until after 9:30 pm tomorrow evening.
Boy it is really starting to get dark. It is going on 4 pm. Mom is going to get going. I need to feed the pups and prep my dinner for the night. I will be back tomorrow though with another letter to you. Probably later in the day because I plan on sleeping in for a bit tomorrow morning. Until tomorrow comes...good night and sweet dreams pumpkin. I love you with all my heart and soul.
 Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!

Here is the prayer for the day:

But you are our Father, though Abraham does not know us or Israel acknowledge us; you, O Lord, are our Father, our Redeemer from of old is your name. Isaiah 63:16, NIV
Lord God, we thank you as we look back to the times throughout the ages when your servants lifted a voice to witness that you are our Father, that you lead the peoples to their true goal. However long it may take, we thank you for allowing us to be part of this witness. We thank you that so much love and goodness still shine into our time as a light to the nations. Watch over us. May your Spirit grow stronger and stronger within us. Bring the redemption proclaimed by your servants, and let your light dawn over all lands to the honor of your name. Amen.
