Dear Tyler,

Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this rainy Friday afternoon? Mom is doing good today. We were able to get a good night sleep last night. I think I slept for about 6 hours. That is the most I have gotten in over a week. We are still in Cleveland right now but we will be leaving here in about an hour. We should be getting into NY this evening around 7 or 8 pm. That is why Mom wanted to write to you now as I knew I would not get to it later. It has been a whirlwind of a few days that is for sure. The weather has been nice here. Even today with it raining it is 72 degrees. That is amazing! Mom will be sad to leave but happy to get home to get our routine back to normal again. The pups have been pretty good through it all. We were pretty amazed with that. We will be back in a few months to say hello again and to help them out. It will either be summer time or during the fall when the weather is nice. Maybe next time we will fly instead of drive! Please be with Mark and Mom as we make the first leg of the travel back home. Thank you my sweet precious son.
Mom was able to talk to Meme this morning. She was happy to hear from me and I was happy to hear her voice. I will call her later this evening when we get to the hotel. I will call Grandpa as well to check in. Mom misses you so much. It hurts like crazy. I wish you were able to come on these trips with us. You would get a kick out of them. Cleveland is so different from anywhere I have been. It is hard to describe that is for sure. It is an old city. Lots of industrial buildings and houses are so small and close together. They all look like gingerbread houses. I love you pumpkin. To the moon and back and all the way around the world. You are my hero and the wind beneath my wings. Forever you live inside my heart, mind, body and soul. Mom is not sure if I will be able to write to you tomorrow. It will depend on when we get home on Saturday. Mom will have a lot to do when we get there as well. I will try my best though. I will light your candle tomorrow night so when you see it burning it is for you. If I can't get to a letter tomorrow I will be back to it again on Sunday for you. I have a nail appointment in the afternoon but after that it will be relaxing and going no where! I have housework to do and laundry to clean, etc.... It is no rest for the wicked!
Mom needs to be packing up the stuff now so that Mark can finish up and we can hit the road in about 20 minutes. It is already 1:15 pm. We have a 5 hour drive ahead of us still so it will be a long day for sure and the weather really won't help as it is raining and the winds are high. Please keep us safe, Tyler. Thank you. Have a good night tonight while Mom sleeps. Have fun and come visit me in my dreams if you can. I will whisper to you later this evening so smile for me and I will smile for you. Until tomorrow (or Sunday) comes.... good night and sweet dreams later.
 Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!

Here is the prayer for the day:

But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body. Philippians 3:20-21, NIV
Lord our God, draw us to yourself. Draw us into the quiet that you give, where something can happen to us and to our hearts. Help us to discern your kingdom surrounding us and in our spirits to live in this kingdom. Then our life will be as if in heaven, where we need not worry or torment ourselves, where your power is everything to us, penetrating our earthly life, which so often weighs us down. We thank you that you have made a way of strength, full of power to hold us firmly, so that even when we stumble, we cannot be turned from the goal. We thank you for all the good that comes from you, which we cannot see in earthly things but which can invade our hearts with such mighty and uplifting power. Amen.
