Dear Tyler,
Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Sunday afternoon? Happy 2nd day of Spring! Days will start to be longer and the weather here will get hotter and hotter again! Mom is doing better then I was yesterday...lol. All this week I have been putting furniture together and my muscles, arms and legs are so sore and my back has been in so much pain. I am glad that we are doing it on this side rather than waiting until we move. It will be a lot less painful on our end! It should be rather painless for Mark and Mom to move as most of our stuff is bigger and very few boxes. We have 2 dressers to put together and my new computer desk and that is it...everything else is done!!!! Mom likes everything that we bought and I think that it will look amazing in the new house. We are 17 days out!!! I think we are all looking forward to it.
Mom is sorry that I didn't write to you yesterday but I knew that I wouldn't have the time to as we were going to be busy and sore. Mark and Mom were up early and getting the pups all set and then Meme and Mom put together a table and 4 chairs while Mark and Bob were gone. When they got back, Mark and Mom put the fireplace together. We finished that in time to feed the pups, walk them and then get dinner for ourselves. We couldn't even move...lol. We sat and watch a movie and then went to bed. Mark had to get up early again today to go teach at the college. This was the 8 Sunday in a row that he has been doing this. This was the last one though!!! Mom was up at the same time and the pups were fed, walked and then Mom got ready and was out the door at 9:15 am. Meme and Mom went to go grocery shopping and to pick up a few more items we needed a a few stores. We got home at 12 noon. Mom put things away, took the pups for a walk and then came upstairs and started the things I needed to. I checked emails, a friend called and spoke to her for a few and then Mom did the write up for her boxes and saved it so I can print them out tomorrow when I am curating the boxes this week. After those are done, I will be putting the 2 dressers together with Meme and then waiting for the desk to arrive. We will put that together next weekend. Tonight will be having dinner, cleaning up and then finishing the movie we didn't finish last night. I am sure Mark will fall asleep early as he is tired and tomorrow is Monday again. This is the last week of his teaching. He has Tuesday night and Thursday and he is finished for good. I hope so and he keeps his word to me! Time will tell I guess, right? Mom will be up early tomorrow morning as I have to go get my vehicle from the shop. They took it Friday morning and fixed it. My AC is finally working and they cleaned out all the air ducts, filters and I guess I needed 2 new tires as well. It will be good to have a working car again! Mom is thinking of trading it in soon! Stay tuned for that!
Mom can't believe that the day has flown by today! It is already 4 pm. Mom will be feeding the pups soon and making dinner. We are having tacos...one of your favorites! We haven't had them in over 8 months so we wanted something different to eat. I will light the candle warmer later this evening for you and I will whisper to you as I always do every night before I fall asleep. Smile for me when you hear my voice and I will be sure to smile back to you as well. Have fun tonight while I sleep. Come visit Mom in my dreams if you can. Thank you my sweet precious son.
I will be back tomorrow with another letter to you. I will write it in the afternoon after I do some of my boxes. I will welcome the break as I know my back will be sore from sitting on the floor...lol...the joys of getting older...hahahha. Please continue to watch over us all. Keep us safe and healthy. Thank you. Mom misses you so damn much. I love you to the moon and back and all the way around the world. You will forever be my hero and the wind beneath my wings. Forever you live in my heart, mind, body and soul. Mom needs to get going for now. Mark will be home any minute and the night stuff will start. Until tomorrow comes...good night and sweet dreams.
Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah 💜
