Dear Tyler,

Hi pumpkin! How are you doing on this Sunday evening? Mom is getting ready to get our skype call together with Tubal and Karen at 7 pm tonight. I have less than an hour so I thought that I would write to you really quick. Mark and Mom were out all day today running errands and doing a little shopping. We got home around 2:30 pm and Mom put everything away, got an early dinner prepped, fed the pups, cleaned up after dinner and then now I am writing to you! It sure was a busy day but it went by really fast. The weather today was hot and humid for sure. The sun was shining and the skies have been blue with several clouds. They said we could get a passing thunderstorm but we did not and Mom was thankful for that. Meme called a bit ago. She and Bob are going to be watching the pups for us on Saturday while we are at the wedding. That was really nice of them to offer. That made Mom happy because we did not know what we were going to do. That is a sure fire relief! The weather on Friday and Saturday are looking good during the day. Saturday night it is going to rain and Sunday when we leave it is going to be raining as well. Hope things improve and not get worse. Guess time will tell. Mom will be watching the weather closely though.
Last night was a quiet night. Mom was really in a lot of pain because of everything I did that day and I was just not with it very much. I was super tired as well. Mom went to bed at 10:30 pm and Mark stayed up for a bit. He was awake until after midnight. He was saying that someone was throwing fireworks off again for over 20 minutes. I was surprised as Mom did not hear a thing. Ozzy went under the bed and Princess went to Mark because he was awake. I must have been out cold. Guess I needed the sleep. Mom has been up since 6:30 am so I am hoping tonight will be a night of good sleep as well. I could use another one of those deep night sleep. Mark got some rest this morning. I got up and took care of the pups and let him sleep in. Guess he needed it. Tomorrow is Monday all over again. Mark has lots of work to do and Mom will be back to studying all day long again. I am hoping to get a lot accomplished this week. I will be touching base with Aunt Beck on Wednesday as Bean has her app't on Tuesday. I will be calling Grandpa tonight to say hello after the skype call tonight as I haven't heard from him in a few days. Mom will have the chance to update you hopefully on Monday or Tuesday's letter. Not much else has been going on. It has been busy doing things around the apartment but not going out much at all. Some days are just too dang hot and humid or we just want a day to do nothing. Mom and Mark have finished changing everything over from red to copper now. It took about 3 weeks to get everything that we ordered but it is done. we really like the new look. Mom has also been "purging" a lot of unnecessary things as well.  I got rid of several deco boxes yesterday and we got rid of 3 small bookcases and 4 end tables. The place looks less cluttered and looks great! There is still more to go but we will do it all in smaller steps now. Maybe by the end of next month everything will be completed and everything that we want to get rid of will be gone as well. I know you can see what we have been doing and I sure hope you are smiling at the results. I wish you were here my sweet precious son. I miss you so much. I miss everything. I love you to the moon and back and all the way around the world. You are my hero, the wind beneath my wings and my bright shining star. Forever you will be in my heart, mind, body and soul. Mom needs to get going for tonight to get ready for our call but I will be back tomorrow afternoon with another letter. I hope that you night is everything you need and want it to be. Come be with Mom or visit me in my dreams tonight. Have fun while I sleep. Continue to watch over us all. Thank you. Continue to fly high and free as well. Mom will whisper to you later so smile when you hear Mom and I will smile back to you. Until tomorrow comes....good night and sweet dreams.
 Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!

Here is the prayer for the day:

I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall exult in my God; for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation, he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. Isaiah 61:10, RSV
Lord our God, grant that we may find the power of your Spirit so that we may live on a higher level, no longer controlled by our lower natures but strengthened to take up the battle of life. May we be children of the Spirit and may we walk in the Spirit. Guard us against carelessness and keep us joyful and courageous. Help us and counsel us on all our ways so that we may honor you and testify that you are our God, our true help. Amen.
