Dear Tyler,

Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on the 7th day of the new year? It is Monday late afternoon and it is Mr. Ozzy's 4th Birthday today! Mom can't believe that he is 4 years old already. He will get lots of treats and yogurt tonight after his dinner and Mom has a new toy for him as well that he can rip to shreds...lol. Other then that today has been an off day for Mom. I didn't sleep all that well and I really didn't feel that great. It was probably because late last night I had a snack and less than 30 minutes later I went to bed. That is not going to happen again. I am feeling better now though. I was able to mop and vacuum the floors, get ready, do some other housework and now I am writing to you. Oh yeah... I also chatted with a friend of mine for about an hour this afternoon too. That was nice! Mark had a full day of several phone calls and now he is finished for the day. Mom is going to have dinner, do the clean up from that and instead of watching TV the rest of the night, I am actually going to do some studying for a couple hours. I really need to get this exam done so I can move on. The weather today was nice..cold but blue skies and sunny. I guess there has been talk about a snowstorm headed this way for tomorrow and Wednesday. It is either going to miss us here completely or we could get socked with over a foot of the white stuff. I know NH is going to get it but I am hoping not here. when I watched the weather it stated that we were in the clear until the 19th and then it was only a couple inches of it. Mom is very happy with the way this winter is going right now! I know it will change but I will enjoy it while I can.
Last night was quiet. I did get the chance to talk to Grandpa after he got out of work. He was tired but doing well. He has decided to stay working for another year....just 2 days a week though. Debbie is good. She has a cold right now but other than that things are good their way. Mom will touch base with everyone else during the week to check in on them and I will give you the updates as I know. Mom wants to apologize for the short letter today but I just need to get this studying done. It is really bothering me so much. I will be back tomorrow with another one for you. I will light the candle tonight and whisper to you like I always do. Smile for me when you hear me and I will smile to you. Have fun tonight while Mom gets some sleep. Please visit me in my dreams tonight. Mom enjoyed the dream of Snickers last night. It made me smile until I woke up and knew it had been a dream and then I was sad. I miss you so much and I love you to the moon and back and all the way around the world. You are my hero and the wind beneath my wings. Forever you will live inside my heart, mind, body and soul. Ok Ty, Mom is off to study so until tomorrow comes.... good night and sweet dreams.
 Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!

Here is the pray for the day:

Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears over you.Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn. Isaiah 60:1–3, NIV
Dear Father in heaven, accept us as your children, whose lives are under your protection and who turn to you for strength. In the midst of all the struggles and temptations in this world keep us certain of your love and goodness. Grant that we may help your name to be honored on earth and your salvation to spread over all the world. May we help that the hope you have given us brings light and strength for our own lives and for all whom you love in Jesus Christ. Amen.
