Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Friday late afternoon? Mom is doing alright. I just have a really bad headache right now. I just got done paying bills online and then watching 3 webinars for my CEUs. I am currently at 5 now so that means I need to do 2 every day next week and I will be finished with that piece as well and I can focus on what is next for me. This afternoon, the maintenance guy, Sammy came to do some work in our apartment. He is a super nice man but the pups just barked and barked and I think that is where I got my headache from. I am hoping that after I turn my computer off for the night and have dinner and relax a bit it will go away. At least I am hoping for that. If not I will put my heating pillow on the back of my head and hopefully that may work.
Nothing really exciting happened last night at all. The phones were quiet and no one called. Mark was on the phone for a bit and then was in his office until 8 pm and then we watched TV together and called it an early evening. He was up at 7 am and Mom slept in and didn't get up until 8 am. It felt good to get just an extra hour of rest. I lounged in bed for a bit to wake up and then I got ready, made the bed and did the laundry before I stated my webinars. Mark worked all day and was extremely busy. All in all it was a very productive day. Tonight will be having dinner and relaxing so I can get rid of this huge headache. I think Mom will call it an early night tonight. The weather tomorrow is suppose to be near 50 degrees and sunny and Sunday...well that is a different story. Wer are suppose to get snow Sunday during the morning and then it changes over to sleet and freezing rain for the rest of the day. Sunday will be a day that we stay home and do whatever we want to do. Saturday we are going to go out and celebrate Mom finishing college! I will write to you later tomorrow night on my iPad as I know that we will leave in the morning and get back late in the evening. Then it will be time for dinner and Mom will not turn her computer on until Sunday. I will make sure to touch base with everyone over the weekend as well. They will all be here next weekend! Mom is so happy about that! The weather looks good too! Both Saturday and Sunday will be sunny and 50 degrees. I will take it. Let the melting of the snow begin! Spring is officially here in 12 days. We turn our clocks ahead tomorrow as well. We loose an hour of sleep but that is fine to have longer days and more daylight. Mom wanted to write to you at least a small letter today instead of no letter. My head is pounding though so I think I am going to go lay on the couch until it is time for dinner. I will write a longer letter to you tomorrow though. Have fun tonight while Mom is sleeping. Come visit me in my dreams if you can. I will light the candle for you in a bit. Listen for Mom's voice tonight when I whisper to you. Smile and I will smile back. I miss you more than I could ever express and I love you with everything that I have. To the moon and back and all the way around the world. To infinity and beyond. You will always be my hero and the wind beneath my wings. Forever in my heart, mind, body and soul. Until tomorrow comes my sweet precious son.....good night and sweet dreams.
Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!
Here is today's prayer:
Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:9–11, NIV
Lord Jesus, we bow before you, before you to whom all power is given. We will love you, O Lord. We will treasure you. Your thoughts shall be our thoughts, that we may learn how you are named in heaven, on earth, and below the earth. Watch over us and be with us until you can come, until the time is fulfilled when you will appear among us and establish God’s kingdom. Then the whole world will rejoice and all people will bend their knees before you, the one Lord and Savior. Amen.
