Dear Tyler,

Hi my sweet son! How are you doing today on this Wednesday afternoon? Mom is doing alright. I was able to stay home today and I got a few more things accomplished around the apartment. I was able to do vacuuming, laundry and I packed up 3 more boxes of stuff that Mark and Mom were not using and wouldn't until we moved so that was good. Little by little we are getting there. I would say just a couple more boxes are left and we are good to go! It won't be long now! We have 18 days before the movers get here and 19 days before we are on an airplane. That is nuts! I remember when Mom was counting it down and we had like 70 something days...where the heck did that time go? Mom will be bringing her iPad and her cell phone with me so I will be able to write to you on that while we wait for our stuff to show up and get unpacked. I will write to you daily but I am not sure how long the letters will be because it will depend on the day that we are having. The first week will be crazy busy but Mom will still write to you. I promise!
This morning Mark got up and fed the pups. Mom was so tired last night that we both crashed at 10 pm and Mom woke up at 8:30 am. That was a surprise. When I woke up I looked at the clock and was like wow! Mark was already working in his office. Mom decided to lay in bed for a bit to wake up and it was such a nice change from what I am used to. It has been months since I have slept in. Guess yesterdays outing to Mark's office wore me out more than I thought. I did get a good night sleep as well. Waking up later though has really screwed up my day...lol. I didn't feel like doing anything but I did. It is almost time for Mom to feed the pups their dinner and get dinner going for us too. It is 4:55 pm. Mark is still on a work call so I think I have a few more minutes to write to you before I have to sign off for the day.
The weather once again is sunny and beautiful. The sky is blue and very little clouds in the sky. Last night we got some rain but nothing major. The rest of the week is suppose to be sunny in the low 80's. That will be nice. I think we are going to get rain tomorrow but that is okay. Mom is not going to say a word because I am enjoying all this sunshine! Hopefully with this weather you will have the time to paint some beautiful colors in the sky for Mom. I look every night for them. I smile when I see it and I take pictures. I whisper to you as well so I hope you hear Mom when I do. I will whisper to you tonight as well. Smile for me and I will smile to you my sweet precious son.
Last night Mom spoke to Meme. She was telling me that she had a conversation with Jen, Bob's daughter. She was saying that it went okay. It didn't start out that way but it ended on a somewhat okay note. I wish the two of them would put the past in the past and just be civil to one another because that would be so helpful to Bob. Aunt Beck and I have told Meme this for years and nothing ever comes of it. Maybe this time it will but I am not counting on it. I just feel bad for Bob. Mom will let you know how things go because they are all going out to eat on Saturday. Moms fingers are crossed.
I also found out that Uncle Dick is in the hospital again. He was taken there yesterday. I guess he has an infection again in his foot and according to Aunt Jacqui it is that bad. He was admitted for a few days to have some IV meds. Mom is watching for updates so I will let you know when I get any. That is all I have for today. Maybe Mom will have more tomorrow for you.
Mark is getting off his call, the pups are sleeping but Ozzy will be waking up in a few minutes to tell me it is time to eat as it is 5:05 pm and Mom is late...lol. I will be back tomorrow with another letter to you. Have fun while I sleep tonight and come visit me in my dreams if you can. I miss you beyond anything I could ever say. I love you to the moon and back and all the way around the world. You are my hero and the wind beneath my wings. Forever you live inside my heart, mind, body and soul. Until tomorrow comes...good night and sweet dreams, Tyler.
 Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!

Here is the prayer for the day:

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more...And he who sat upon the throne said, "Behold, I make all things new." Also he said, "Write this, for these words are trustworthy and true." Revelation 21:1, 5, RSV
Lord our God, our Father, we look deep into your mighty Word and see the glory of the new world you will create according to your justice and truth. We thank you for giving us this joy on earth in the midst of all our toil and striving. We look deep into your Word. You make all things new. To this hope our lives are directed, to this hope you have called us, and we want to be faithful forever. Praise to your name, for you have already done great things for us! Keep us in your Word. Let many find the light, for in this light they may look to you in simple faith and constancy until the end, when throughout the world we may see your glory and your grace. Amen.
