Dear Tyler,

Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Friday afternoon? Mom is doing alright I suppose. I was up early this morning feeding the pups and getting mark settled into work. I went back to bed and lounged around for a bit but then I was up, emailing, texting, etc....for about an hour. When I was finished with that Mom decided to make something to eat. I did the dishes after and then went and got ready. I am now finished with all that and I am able to write to you for a few minutes before the emails and texts start up again. That seems to be Mom's typical day during the week for the past 3 months while Mark is working...lol.
The sun is shining again today! It is beautiful outside. Mom didn't get the chance to see a painting in the sky last night because around 4 pm it got really really dark and we had heavy rain and some wind up until 9 pm. Maybe I will see one tonight though. I will be looking like I do every night.
Seems like it is going to be a busy weekend here for us. Mark's friend, Rick is taking us to lunch tomorrow and then on Sunday we are cleaning the garage out. We have been putting that off and we can't any longer because we have 2 weeks to go and our butts are on a plane. That will be about 3 hours of work and then we will have to go out and run errands after. Sunday night will be all about relaxing! Tonight will be about having dinner and relaxing as well. We have nothing planned. mark may play his game for a bit later though and that will be fine with Mom. I can watch a movie while he is doing that!
Last night Mom spoke to Grandpa. I congratulated him on today being his last day of work! I was surprised to know that it has been 50 years of working for Grandpa. Just wow! Now is the time for him to completely enjoy every day with no worries of work. Debbie is retired as of 11 pm tonight. She has 8 hrs to go and she is done. Meme has 2 days and that is it! She told me she had a nice party yesterday. She received some nice gifts, a cake, pictures and lots of good lucks. That sounded like a fun time. She seemed happy. Mom will chat with all of them over the weekend and I will update you more on how they are feeling!
Uncle Dick is still in the hospital and will be for a few more days. His color was better yesterday and today. He was suppose to have surgery on his foot today but because he was having too much trouble breathing, the surgery is set for Monday hopefully. Mom is praying for him and Aunt Jacqui. Our cousins daughter is in the hospital. She is having her 24th blood transfusion, her 17th platelet transfusion and 10 bone marrow biopsy since May. My prayers are with her, her Mom and her brothers too. A friend of mine just told us all that her breast cancer has come back again. She just finished her fight a few months ago after a 1 1/2 year battle and now it is back. I feel so bad for her. She has a good attitude and head on her shoulders. She is strong and will fight the fight. Mom will be praying for her too. My other friend's brother and his wife are still in the hospital from that DWI accident. I haven't heard any updates on them in a couple days but I think they are still in critical condition. Mom also spoke to Auntie Kristina today. She is staying with her Mom and Dad and helping him out. She was having a serious meltdown when I called her. She is tired and her dog Mojo is not well and she was losing it. I called at the right time and chatted with her until her sister arrived. My heart hurts for them all too. I hope she listens to Mom and takes my advice. I will keep you posted on everyone when I get updates. That is all for today...that is enough for today, huh?
Mom started your letter at 1:30 pm and it is now 5:00 pm. I had phone calls, text messages, emails, etc... all going at the same time and it was a mess. Finally they are all done. That was a crazy 2+ hours! Now it is time to feed the pups and get dinner going for us. We were suppose to have take out tonight because I won a bet last night but that is not happening now as we will not be eating for another 2 hours. Mom will take the rain check for Sunday night instead! Mom will be back tomorrow with another letter to you in the evening as the day time we will be out. I will light your candle tonight too. Listen for me to whisper to you later when I go to bed. Smile to Mom and I will smile to you. I miss you so much and I love you to the moon and back and all the way around the world. You are my hero and the wind beneath my wings. Forever you are in my heart, mind, body and soul. Have fun tonight getting to do all the things you need to do and want to do. Come visit me in my dreams if you can. Mom has to go for now but I will be back...until tomorrow comes....good night and sweet dreams!
 Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!

Here is the prayer:

I will praise you, Lord, with all my heart; before the "gods" I will sing your praise. I will bow down toward your holy temple and will praise your name for your unfailing love and your faithfulness, for you have so exalted your solemn decree that it surpasses your fame. Psalm 138:1–2, NIV
Dear Father in heaven, we thank you for your mercy and for your great goodness and power, revealed to us through the ages and in the present time. We live by your revelation, Lord God Almighty, for you perform wonders on earth and you reign in heaven so that heaven can bless and help us on our earthly pilgrimage. Grant that your loving-kindness and your justice may be revealed through all the world. Come, O Lord our God, bring the light for us who believe in you, and be the light for the whole world. Glory to your name, for you are indeed our Father in heaven and on earth, and you give certainty for our life in time and in eternity. Amen.
