Dear Tyler,

Hi pumpkin! How are you doing on this Thursday late afternoon? Mom is running late as usual. I was working on submitting my 1st exam for my new class but decided to contact my instructor before doing so as I had a couple questions for her. Mom is not feeling the greatest on this exam at all. I do not think I will be getting a great grade at all. I will be lucky if I get a passing grade at this point. It was a lot harder than it looked. Mom just will have to accept the grade that I get & just more forward. I can't let it get me down, ya know? It is already 4:30 pm here where Mom is & I have not done anything so I need to write to you real quick & then get dinner prepped for Mark & I & also feed the pups. Dinner is going to take a bit tonight so I need to get it started fairly early! Anyways....
The weather today has been fairly sunny & warm out. The skies have been pretty much blue all day long but now they are clouding up so I am not sure if I will be seeing any stars shining tonight or the moon shining bright. I always look each & every night. I whisper to you regardless if Mom sees anything or not. I hope you hear Mom. I hope you see me smile every night to you. When Mom smiles I close my eyes & I can remember your smile & somehow I believe you are smiling at me even though I can not see it. Mom is wondering if I will get the chance to see a stunning sunset before Fall hits us. We saw some pretty ones for sure but last year we were able to see some sunsets that just took Mom's breath away. Get those paint brushes out for Mom so I can see your painting! Thanks Tyler! A memory came across my facebook page this morning.... it was 1 year ago today that I had my 2nd reading with Forrest & you came through for the whole 2 hours again. That made Mom smile as I remember that reading & that day like it was yesterday. Mom can't believe it has been a whole year though. Wow... time really is going by quickly now. In the next few months after things start to settle down for us again, Mom might get in touch with Forrest & have another reading. Hopefully you will come through again for the 3rd time. Mom will keep you posted as to when I will be doing it.
Not much for you for updates I am afraid as no one has called at all today & Mom has not spoken to anyone since Grandpa last night. That was over 20 hours ago. I think tonight will be quiet for Mark & I which will be great. Mark has been on the phones all day long again for work. There were some things that were mentioned to me that I was not happy about but I do not what to dwell on that right now or on here. Tomorrow Mom has a busy day ahead of her.... I need to get up early & do lots of housework, do laundry, go grocery shopping, get my nails done & then come home & make a couple salads for Saturday for our cookout we will be having with Grandpa & Debbie & perhaps Mark's friend, Rick as well. Mom should have some fun stories to tell you about after the weekend. It is always fun to have them come visit us. Mom smiles a lot & laughs which I am sure that makes you happy & smile. Mom wishes that you were here still so we could all visit together. Just like old times. Mom misses you so much. Everyone misses you too. I love you to the moon & back & all the way around the world. To infinity & beyond. You will forever live inside my heart, mind, body & soul. You are my hero & the wind beneath my wings. Never stop feeling that deep within your soul, please.
Mom needs to get going very soon as it is already 5;15 pm. I did get the pups fed but I still have to finish prepping & cooking dinner but before I do go here is the prayers for the day:
May you cultivate a lifestyle that allows for times of replenishing rest, powerful prayer, and thoughtful consideration to what God is saying to you in this season. May you push past the clutter and treat yourself to some time and space to rest and hear what God is saying to you this day. God is with you. His activity surrounds you. Jesus is near. Yet the culture races on as if He doesn't exist. But He lives! And His promises are true for you. Calm your anxious heart. Trust His love for you. Open your hands and let Him fill them. He gives good gifts to His children. And YOU are someone He treasures.
May you be highly discerning in the days ahead! May you know when God is asking you to shore up your faith and stand strong, and when He's inviting you hide yourself under the shadow of His wing. May you quickly discern the enemy's schemes and stay clear of the traps he sets for you. In spite of your mistakes, missteps, and misunderstandings, may you never doubt your worth and your value. You're someone God loves, treasures, anoints, and appoints. He'll show Himself strong in your weakness, faithful in your fears, and merciful where you fall short. Walk wisely with Him. There's a best place, a best path for your feet. Take every step with Jesus. Have a wise, discerning night!
Here are the inspirational quotes for you as well:
" The words of kindness are more healing to a drooping heart than balm or honey. "
" Collect as precious pearls the words of the wise and virtuous. "
" He that will not reflect is a ruined man. "
Mom has just a few more quotes in that book & then I will be finished & will have to come up with something new. I have a few ideas so not to worry!
Mom hopes your evening will be all that you need & want it to be my sweet precious son. Please if you get the chance come visit Mom while I am sleeping tonight. Continue to fly high, learn all that you can & have fun wherever you may go! Mom will be back tomorrow night with your letter so until then...Good night & sweet dreams. Remember you are my shining star. I love you with all my heart.
 Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!
