Dear Tyler,
Hi pumpkin! How are you doing on this Thursday afternoon? Mom is writing to you early so that after I am done I can go right to studying & then turn my computer off for the evening. Mom was up early this morning. There was no sunrise because the sky was gray & cloudy but Mom did see that all the snow we got yesterday has been melted away! That made me happy. Everyone was saying this morning that up in NH it snowed from 10 am - 11 pm yesterday & dumped a foot of snow on them with ice on top of that. Debbie told me last night that Grandpa was getting pellets out of his shed & when he rounded the corner he hit a patch of ice & fell right on his back. I immediately called them to see if he was alright. Debbie said he was okay but he appeared to have sprained his wrist. Hopefully if it got worse he went to urgent care to have it looked at. Poor Grandpa. Debbie is sounding better now. Still has a bit of a cough but nothing like it was. Meme is doing better too & Bob is getting there. You can hear that he still has the stuffy nose when he talks. I hope everyone gets better really soon & stays better. As for Mark & Mom, we are doing okay. Mark is at the office all day today so that gave Mom a chance to do some housework this morning. I folded laundry, made breakfast, did the dishes, dusted, vacuumed, cleaned both bathrooms, got ready & took the pups for a walk. Now I am writing to you & then it will be studying the rest of the day & stopping when it is time to prep dinner for the night & feed the pups. Mark & Mom head out tomorrow around 12 noon. Mom will write to you before we leave so that way when we get there we can settle in & wait for everyone else to show up. I am going to try & write to you Saturday morning but if for some reason I don't get a chance to then I will write to you Sunday evening when we get home. Saturday will be the busiest day with everyone else showing up, shopping, grabbing lunch & dinner & then heading out for the evening to the ice castles. It will be early to bed as well because we have to be out of there by 9 am Sunday morning. We should be home around 12 noon if we don't hit a lot of traffic. Mom will make sure to take lots of pictures & post some so you can see. I hope you will be with us though & you will send Mom a sign so that I will know. Please watch over us all while we drive up there, while we are there & when we drive home. Thank you my sweet precious son. Mom doesn't really have anything else as far as updates for today. Last night was crazy busy but the phones were quiet. Mark & Mom ate dinner & then watched TV until it was time to go to bed. Tonight will be an early night as well so hopefully Mom will be able to get some good sleep. If you can later this evening when it is time for Mom to go to sleep, if you can be with me that would be great. Mom would appreciate it so much. Thank you. I hope that your evening tonight will be everything that you need it to be & may want it to be. Have fun & fly high. Give big hugs & kisses to Daisy, Max, Snickers, & Snapples for Mom. I miss those little guys so much. Mom misses you even more. More than words could ever express to anyone. Mom has a big void in her heart that can never be refilled. I love you to the moon & back & all the way around the world. You will forever be my hero & the wind beneath my wings. Always, you will live in my heart, mind, body & soul. I will whisper to you later this evening when I light the candle & later when Mom goes to bed. Smile when you hear me & I will make sure to smile right back to you while I am whispering to you. Mom will write to you again in the morning so until then.....good night & sweet dreams my bright shining star.
Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!
Here is the color & meaning for the day: Blue: Blue is a natural antiseptic, soothing & cooling, lower blood pressure & slowing a racing pulse. It relieves headaches & migraines, eye strain, earache & sore throats. The emotions of the color blue are: tranquility, security, integrity, peace, loyalty, trust & intelligence.
Here is the saying for the day: If you have trouble visualizing, just feel what you want. Feeling is equally powerful. Whether you feel it or imagine it in pictures, both are creating. You will know which one works best for you, by how you feel. Feeling good is the key to creation.
Here are the prayers for the day:
May you--above all else--identify yourself as someone Jesus loves. May His affection for you heal you in the deepest ways and inspire you like nothing else ever has. May His saving grace and enabling power compel you to dream with Him, believe in Him, and take crazy-faith-steps because of Him. May every lesser voice and every lying circumstance fall by the wayside so that all you hear is His voice in your ear saying, 'This is the way, walk in it.' Nobody's opinion matters as much as God's. Nobody can save, heal, redeem, and refresh you like Jesus can. Walk intimately with Him today. His will for you is your best-case-scenario.
May you experience the rest and provision of God where you've only known striving and surviving. May you experience God's great strength come to bear where you've only known weakness and frustration. May you experience fresh life and hope where you've only known heartbreak and struggle. Jesus is alive and at work in the world today. May your life reflect His redeeming power! And may you sleep deeply and sweetly tonight.
