Dear Tyler,

Hi pumpkin! How are you doing on this Wednesday afternoon? Mom is dragging butt today as I did not get a whole lot of sleep last night. It will definitely be an early night for Mom tonight. Mom got into bed around 11 pm & just as soon as me & the pups were settled in there were 2 loud bang noises so that made Ozzy jump under the bed & princess stated to shake. She did that until 1 am this morning. Finally she settled down & fell asleep & so did I. The phone rang early this morning around 6:30 am. It was Mark just calling to say hello. That was sweet of him. He sounded very tired as well. Guess he didn't sleep much either. He will be home late tonight so that will be good. He needs to get some good sleep.
Today Mom has not done anything at all. I have laid around for most of the morning because I am so tired. I did get up, make breakfast & got ready but honestly that made me even more tired. I chatted on the phone with a couple friends briefly & now Mom is writing to you. I decided to do it now so that as the hours go by & night time comes your letter will be all finished & Mom can watch TV & probably fall asleep early. I was suppose to go out & run errands today but they can wait until tomorrow. No big deal. Last night Mom spoke to Aunt Shirley. That was the 1st time we have chatted since April. Her & Richard are doing well. Everyone is getting excited for the wedding. It is 17 days away! Great Grammy is all happy & can't wait. Mom can't wait to see her either. I miss her. She is doing better now. She is no longer sick which is a very good thing. Spoke to Grandpa as well. Everything is great with them too. Mom has not heard from Meme in 2 days but that does not surprise me at all given all that took place on Monday. Mom is not going to call her. I will just let the " dust " settle for a bit before I try to reach out to her. Makes me very sad but I know it is for the best right now. Not much else is new. The weather is beautiful again today. It is sunny & 82 degrees. The next several days are going to be either mid 70's or low 80's. Friday we will get rain but that is the only day. Mom can handle that for sure. Hopefully during the evening I will get to see a couple more paintings from you before Fall sets in. The sun is setting early now. It is dark by 7 pm. That is the only crappy part about Fall. Love it but wish we had more daylight time. Guess we will be turning the clocks back in a couple weeks which means it will be getting dark at 4 pm....ugh! We will have that for 3 months. Wish we didn't have to do it & it stayed light out until 9 pm like in the summer. Maybe one day that will happen!
Mom really needs to get her butt in gear & start studying again. I have been slacking for about a month now for various reasons. I think that seeings how I have to go out tomorrow & it will be Thursday I will start it back up on Friday. It will be that rainy day so no better time to start it then. I will get back into the swing of things. I just need that " jump start. " I have 12 more classes & I will be finished & get to graduate! I am so excited about that. Hopefully the beginning of the year I will be done. Mom is not sure if we will be moving just yet or not so if that happens I will be taking more time off from school to pack & get settled in a new place. Not sure though. We need to be making a decision in the next month. Mom will keep you posted on that as well. That is all I have for you today but here is a couple prayers:
May you refuse condemnation for the ways you fail and fall short. May you, instead, with holy conviction and passion, embrace God’s grace to live like Jesus. May you shake off your regrets and grab a firm hold of God's promise to forgive, restore, and renew your story. May others' opinions no longer tie you up in knots because God's opinion continually sets you free! May you determine-with all your heart-to live the abundant, powerful, forgiven life Jesus has offered you.
The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly (John 10:10 NKJV).

May you let go of what you can't control and lay hold of what God has promised you. In these days of chaos and evil, may you stand up and be counted and may you bow low and pray powerfully. May you look up when you need perspective, and look around you for who needs your help. May you actually accomplish with less effort because you've learned the secret of the abiding life. Be much with Jesus. He'll do great things through you.
You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you (John 15:16 NIV).
Here is an inspirational saying for the day as well: You get to fill the blackboard of your life with whatever you want. If you have filled it in with baggage from the past, wipe it clean. Erase everything from the past that does not serve you & be grateful it brought you to this place now & to a new beginning. You have a clean slate & you can start over--right her, right now. Find your joy & live it!
Mom can't believe how fast this day is going. It is already 3:30 pm & I need to do a couple things around the apartment before it gets dark. Mom hopes that your evening will be everything you need & want it to be. May you get the chance to visit with Mom in my dreams tonight. Please be with Mom as I need you. I always need you. Thank you my sweet precious son! I will whisper to you later tonight so smile when you hear Mom's voice & I will smile back at you. I miss you bunches & love you to the moon & back & all the way around the world. You are my shining star, my hero & the wind beneath my winds. You will be in my heart, mind, body & soul forever. I will be back again tomorrow night with another letter to you so until then. Fly high & free. Watch over us all please. Thank you. Good night & sweet dreams, Ty!
 Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!
