Dear Tyler,

Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Saturday afternoon? Mom is doing pretty good today! went to bed at a descent time last night and slept good for the most part. Both Mark and Mom were up at & am this morning. We lounged in bed for a bit and then got up and got ready so that we could enjoy this beautiful day out.
Happy 1st day of Fall/Autumn! The weather is so nice out there! It was cloudy and sunny but there is a really nice breeze. Just perfect weather. Mark and Mom didn't go to the store that we were planning on though. Mom decided to change her mind at the last minute and we went to Westwood and did some shopping. We went and got some groceries that we needed and then we headed over to a store that Mom loves. I got a new computer chair. It is baby pink velour. I just love it. My old computer chair was still good but the padding was old and I could feel the metal. Mark wanted it so it is now in his office. That is fine by me! Mom can't believe that there is only 1 week left of September and then we really are into the Fall season as it will be October. Mom is already thinking of pictures to do on here for you for the month. Last year I did all Nightmare Before Christmas for you so this year I need to mix it up. Mom is hoping to find a bunch of pup pictures that have them in costumes along with other fun pics. I will still do an Autumn/Fall scene. So it will be a letter and 2 pup pics, a inspirational quote, Fall scene, Halloween pic and then a memorial pic. Should be 7 posts per day for the month of October. The people are out in the stores going crazy. I guess everyone is starting their shopping early this year. It was crazy! Mom is not even thinking of that just yet. Maybe the end of next month when it is rolling over into November but not right now.
Not much went on last evening. It was pretty quiet as we watched 2 movies and called it a night. The phone never rang once at all. Tonight we will be having dinner and then watching a couple old movies with some snacks and then calling it a night again. Tomorrow we are staying home so that Mom can do some house cleaning during the day and also make that chocolate truffle that you always loved for our dessert. It will be homemade meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans for dinner tomorrow night. Mom wants to reorganize the pantry again and then breakdown all the boxes in the garage. The rest of the day will be watching football. The Cowboys play at 4:25 pm against the Seahawks. That should be an interesting game for sure. Think the Patriots play the late game at 8:25 pm. Last week the Cowboys won and the Patriots lost theirs. Good games though! Oh yeah... the Dolphins won their game too so I know that would make you super happy! Meme was as that is still her favorite team! Not much else is happening. I think everyone is enjoying this weather that we are having. Mom misses this time of year the most with you as it was our favorite season. The walks we would take and the places we could and would go were endless as it was the best time of year for you. Not hot and not cold... just right! I miss you so much my sweet precious son! I love you to the moon and back and all the way around the world. You will always be my true hero and the wind beneath my wings. Forever in my heart, mind, body and soul. It is already after 4 pm and Mom needs to be thinking of prepping stuff for dinner. We are having chef salads. Lots of yummy veggies and cheese with ham and chicken in it. So good but lots of prep work. Mom will be back tomorrow afternoon with another letter to you. I hope that your evening is everything you need and want it to be. Come visit in my dreams tonight if you can. I would love that. The candle is already burning for you and make sure to smile when you hear Mom whisper to you later tonight. I will smile right back to you. Continue to watch over us and fly high and free. Thank you Ty! I love you with all my heart. Until tomorrow comes....good night and sweet dreams.
 Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!

Here is the prayer for the day:

He does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. Psalm 103:10–12, NIV
Lord our God, we lift our hearts to you, for you have given great promises to those who fear you. Let your Word strengthen us in faith, patience, and hope. Be with all those who call upon you, pleading for help in our time. For these times must work for our good, and in spite of sin, death, and all evil we can find joy in what you are doing. We call to you, O Lord our God. Let your hand be revealed, that something may be seen besides human striving and the efforts of human hands. Let the work of your hand be visible to many, to all peoples on this earth. May your name be honored, O Lord our God, your kingdom come, and your will be done on earth as in heaven. Amen.
