Dear Tyler,

Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Friday evening? Mom is running super late tonight but I wanted to take the time to write you a quick letter before I turn my computer off for the night. It is 5:15 pm and the pups are fed, Mark is on the phone with his brother and Mom just got done doing all kinds of things. I need to get dinner going for Mark and I though. Guess it will be a late dinner for us. Anyways....
The day has been quite strange to say the least. The weather was nice and cold but blue skies but it is turning cloudy and it will be raining pretty soon. Rain is called for all weekend but that is okay. Mom has a few things to do tomorrow and then it will be home on Sunday to relax and unwind and get things done around the apartment that needs to be done. Next week, Mark is totally straight out with work and Mom will be hopefully finishing up her course that she is taking now. That is the plan and goal. Mom's morning started out at 7 am. I was up feeding the pups while Mark was getting ready to leave. When Mark was leaving and because it was so early, I didn't want the pups to bark so I got them a treat and called them over but that kind of backfired. The pups heard Mark leaving but they wanted their treat too so Ozzy decided to snap at me and then tried to run to the door... to say the least he bit me on my right hand...my ring and pinky finger. I can move them so they are not broken but they are numb so he hit a nerve and also ruptured a blood vessel. My fingers are sore and will be black and blue within the next couple of nails. It has been a difficult day to try and do things they way I usually do but Mom is alright. Ozzy is alright but he was sick this afternoon for some reason but he seems better now. Princess is doing good and she is happy that her Daddy is home again. I did not do any studying at all today. I took the day off. I paid bills online today, did a couple purchases online for Christmas and then spoke to Aunt Beck this afternoon for a bit. She was telling me that she is busy and is enjoying her class that she is taking. She is working a lot as well so she doesn't have much free time. She also filled me in on what is going on with Bean. Tyler~ Mom has a huge favor to ask of you. If there is anything that you can do to help your cousin out she could use it right about now. She is discouraged and struggling with things health wise. The medicine doesn't seem to be working anymore and she is not sleeping, not remembering things and she is in a lot of pain. Aunt Beck is upset and doesn't know what to do either at this point. Mom will be praying for them both but if you can help out in any way that will be great! Thank you so much my sweet precious son. We all will appreciate it. Not much else is happening at this time. Mom and Mark will head out early tomorrow morning to go run errands and do some shopping and then we will relax the rest of the day and evening. Tonight looks like Mark will be playing his video game with his brother and while Mom is watching a movie snuggled up with the pups. we have to go to bed early so I can get up early. No worries though. Mom sure hopes that your night will be everything that you want it to be and more. Have fun while I sleep and if you can come visit me in my dreams tonight. Mom will be back tomorrow with another letter to you. I have had the candle burning all day for you. I will whisper to you tonight as well so be listening out for my voice. Smile when you hear me and I will smile to you. I miss you beyond words and I love you even more...with all my heart and soul. To the moon and back and all the way around the world. Forever you will live inside my heart, mind, body and soul. You were and always will be my hero and my bright shining star. Until tomorrow comes...good night and sweet dreams.
 Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!

Here is today's prayer:

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and for ever. Hebrews 13:8, RSV
Thank you, Father in heaven, for gathering us together and opening a door which can be entered by all who are like children. You open the door for all who have the childlike hope that you are carrying out your purpose, that in the midst of the ruin and sin of world history, life remains, the life of the Lord Jesus Christ, life for all the world. No one can destroy this life, which will soon gather power until all people see him, Jesus Christ, who for the salvation of humankind is the same yesterday, today, and in all eternity. Amen.
