Dear Tyler,
Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Monday morning? Mom has been up early this morning doing all kinds of things. I made breakfast, got ready, took the pups for a short walk today as it is really cold outside & the sidewalks are pretty much ice. Ozzy was slipping & sliding every where & was having such a hard time walking. Mom has spoken to Aunt Beck & my friend Christina already as well. Now I am writing to you & then I am off to study. I would say it has been productive so far! Things with Aunt Beck are well. She was saying they just got back from a short trip to PA. She was headed outside after we spoke to go shovel some snow as they will be getting a snow storm tomorrow into Wednesday. Could be up to a foot of snow for them & up to 8" of snow where Grandpa & Meme are. Mom & Mark will be getting freezing rain & rain all day tomorrow & Wednesday it is suppose to be dry but very windy. I don't think we will be getting any snow out of it but it is New England. One never knows. Mom's friend, Christina was calling me to tell me that she has the time off & will be here for New Years Eve. That makes Mom very happy! Let's hope the weather holds out for everyone to come down here! This will be the first time in many years that we will have company. Mom is looking forward to hosting it, cooking & baking for everyone. I will be in my element! I just wish you were here to celebrate. I know you will be in your own way & will give Mom signs but you know what I mean. I miss you so much. I love you to the moon & back & all the way around the world. You are forever in my heart, mind, body & soul.
Last night, Mom & Mark had dinner & then we watched a couple shows on TV. Later on we settled in bed & watched a movie. Mom finally saw The Polar Express. That was such a cute Christmas movie. I remember buying the original book for you when you were born back in 1990. I don't know what happened to it along the way all those years ago but I know you liked the book & I believe you liked them both as well. after the movie was over it was time to go to bed as it was 10 pm. Grandpa called during the movie & I was going to call him back but by that time it was way too late so I will call him this evening to see how he is doing. I will check in with Meme as well to see how her & Bob are too. I will update you on tomorrows letter. That is all I have for now. Here is a daily prayer for you for the day though:
May you enjoy a new measure of peace and rest in your everyday life. May you let go of what you can't control and lay hold of what God has promised you. In these days of chaos and evil, may you stand up and be counted and may you bow low and pray powerfully. May you look up when you need perspective, and look around you for who needs your help. May God increase your influence in ways that boggle your mind. May the power of the Holy Spirit move mightily in and through you. May you actually accomplish more and produce more with less effort because you've learned the secret of the abiding life. Be much with Jesus. He'll do great things through you. Have a blessed day!
Here is the sayings for the day:
I AM GROUNDED: My spirit is grounded deep in the earth. I am calm, strong, centered & peaceful. I am able to let go of fear & trust that I am eternally safe. I am worthy of all the things BEAUTIFUL.
LET GO: Let go of resistance to that which you wish to eliminate from your life. Instead, dive deep & loving into that which you wish to create more of. Respond to fear with love, respond to stress with peace, respond to injustice with a solution. All change starts with You.
Well, Tyler, Mom needs to get going so that I have a little bit of time to studying during the daylight hours. Be with me as I am going through this dang class. Thanks pumpkin! I will whisper to you later this evening & when I go to bed. Mom hopes that your evening is filled with all kinds of wonderful things you need to do & may want to do. Continue to fly high & fly my sweet precious son. You will always be my hero & the wind beneath my wings. Mom will be back tomorrow with another letter to you so until then...Good night & sweet dreams. I love you my bright shining star!
Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!
