Dear Tyler,

Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Monday afternoon? Mom wants to say that I am sorry for not writing to you yesterday like I said that I would but honestly I was just drained from Saturday. Saturday night was very quiet and I didn't get much sleep at all. Sunday I was up early and I got ready to go to my appointment and then after that I went and grabbed some groceries and then went to another store real quick and then I was home. I never got on my computer at all and we never had a skype call either. Tubal and Karen were on the road traveling back to Ohio from West Virginia so we are rescheduled it until next Sunday night. Mom and Mark had a conversation yesterday as well. Not much was said or worked out but we are on talking terms now at least. We watched football yesterday and what 2 games they were. Patriots played Dolphins and it was such a good game. I was yelling at the tv and everything. There were 7 seconds left of the game and the score was 33-28, Patriots lead and then a play was made and the Dolphins got a touchdown. That play was incredible. Mom called Meme to see if she saw it but she didn't because she was wrapping Christmas presents. The final score was 35-33...with the Dolphins win! Mom knows that you were definitely smiling at that one! The next game was Cowboys and Eagles. That was a back and forth game. Cowboys were in the lead, then the Eagles were and so forth but it ended in a tie game so it went into overtime and the Cowboys scored a touchdown under 2 minutes to go in the 5 quarter. It was an awesome game as well. Lots of smiles here that is for sure. Sunday night was just relaxing watching tv and then bed. Mom was really tired and was out like a light by 10:30 pm. I was up this morning at 6:30 am because Ozzy thought it was time to eat so I got up, fed them and crawled back in bed for a bit. Around 9:30 am I got up, made the bed, took a shower, made breakfast, did the dishes, vacuumed the floors and then the maintenance guys showed up to look at our ceiling in the bathroom. We didn't know if it was leaking or not so they came to check it out. All is good but they still are not sure what the dripping could be. There is a drip that is constant during the night and morning and if keeps Mom up. They want me to record it so I will be doing that tonight when it happens. Mom really needs some solid sleep again. I am tired today as well. If you can help me out with that Tyler, that would be super. Thank you my sweet precious son. Mom will be going to bed tonight pretty early to get some rest but before that it will be the usual... dinner, cleaning up, feeding the pups and then watching a bit of tv. That is the usual during the week days when Mark works and Mom studies. We need that down time and now that it is super cold out (30 degrees today) we don't want to go outside in it...lol. The weekends are the times we get out, have some fun and enjoy the time away from the apartment. The pups are fine, Meme and Bob are good, Grandpa and Debbie are good too. I spoke to Meme yesterday and I will call Grandpa tonight. I will try to touch base with Aunt Beck as well. Mom is still waiting for her instructor to message me back but I went ahead today and started my new class. It is Pharmacy Technology. One chapter = one exam. Mom started it already. There are 50 questions and I thought it would be fairly easy but it is not at all....ugh! Mom will keep going tomorrow and so on until my instructor messages me to finish up my last course. Its crazy but I am finally so close to the end of it all. 3 more courses to go and Mom is done! I am hoping either the end of the month or the beginning of the New Year! That will be one heck of a way to start 2019 off! Not much else is new though. It is already 3:50 pm and the sun is almost set for the evening. Mom needs to get going on dinner so that it can start cooking. We are having homemade pasta and meatballs with garlic cheese bread. It takes a bit to make so I need to get that going so that we can eat at a descent time. Mom hopes that your evening is filled with everything you want to do and need to do. Have fun tonight while I sleep. Come visit again if you can. I dreamt of you last night. You were little again. You seem to always be little when I do. I always wonder why though. Mom will be back tomorrow with another letter to you in the morning before I start to study and work on my first exam in my new class. I miss you so much and I love you to the moon and back and all the way around the world. You are my hero and the wind beneath my wings. Forever and always you will be inside my heart, mind, body and soul. Until tomorrow comes.....good night and sweet dreams.
 Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!

Here is the prayer for the day:

But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves. Malachi 4:2, NIV
Lord our God, we think of all the people who have trusted in you. We remember all the signs and wonders you have shown to establish your name among us. We belong to those who hold to you today; may our hearts be kept faithful through your Spirit. Even if there are great hardships in our times and everything seems on the verge of collapse, even if the world perishes, you, O God, are our stronghold. This truth remains forever. In you we want to hold true until your great day comes, until the power of the Savior is revealed in many people so that in their misery they can believe and find help and comfort. Amen.
