Dear Tyler,

Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Saturday afternoon? Mom is really not doing a damn thing today! All I have done is some housework & paid bills on line. It is super cold here & we decided to not go out at all. Maybe tomorrow. Today as been a trying day especially this morning. It was pretty rough as Mark & Mom had a much needed heart to heart talk. I am so sorry that you had to witness the whole thing & see Mom upset but honestly I think it was needed. After it was all said & done... Mom feels much better. It is like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Just know I am doing okay. 
 Mom did have the chance to make some phone calls to both sides of the family today as it is Veteran's Day. We have called Grandpa, Uncle Dick, Tubal, Ellis & a couple of friends as well. Mom hasn't heard from Grandpa all week & when we chatted today now I know why as he is so sick. He has the flu. Mom feels horrible that he sounds so crappy. I told him to take some medicine, get lots of rest & drink orange juice for the vitamin c. Please watch over him for Mom. I worry as he is not old but he is not young either. I just hope he feels better soon! Mom will be touching base with him tomorrow just to check on him. I will get in touch with Meme as well later on. I will give you the updates when I write to you tomorrow. Tonight mom is going to cuddle up with a blanket & watch a movie....probably go to bed early too! 
 The sun is getting ready to set already for the evening. It is only 3:47 pm. This is super crazy. I still need to figure out what is for dinner for Mark & I & get the pups fed for the evening as well. Mom may even take a warm bath tonight before bed. That might be just what I need. Whatever Mom chooses to do it will be everything to do with relaxing...lol! I think you would approve with that & feel that was necessary for me to get my thoughts together as well. That is all I have for you tonight. Here are a couple prayers for the day though:
