Dear Tyler,
Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Friday evening? Mom is going to probably make this a very quick letter tonight as we are in for some severe weather & maybe perhaps a small tornado. We are in a watch from now until 10 pm tonight & then really bad thunderstorms throughout the entire night. Mom is hoping for the best but it is getting nasty out there. It is dark & the wind is just a whipping. Please watch over us all & keep us safe. Please if you have any control make the storms not be so bad. This is reminding me way too much of Oklahoma.....scary stuff indeed. Thanks pumpkin!
Well today I took my very last exam through my course. It was a tough one but I passed with an 89 & overall grade of 90%. I will take it! I am finally done the course & now it will be time to start studying & doing practice tests for the certification exam that I need to get. I should be ready to take that exam come August!
Mom spoke to Meme & Grandpa today. Things are going well with them. Meme is a little frustrated with Social Security though. They keep playing their games when it comes to Bob. Remember how that was? That awful. I hope that things turn around for them & soon. I hate to see Meme busting her butt to just make ends meat so to speak. It just isn't fair. I know you watch over them & all of us. Thank you so much.
Mom is going to write the daily prayer as the weather is getting nastier as I am typing this letter to you...yikes.... ok here it is...July 1~ Let the nation be glad & sing for joy, for you judge the peoples with equity & guide the nations upon earth. Dear Lord, I'm grateful to live among those who have enjoyed a heritage of knowing your Word, of hearing your gospel & of acknowledging you as God. Times may be changing, but I ask that you would cause my heart to remain steadfastly devoted to you. Keep my children & grandchildren in your ways & draw to yourself the hearts of those who have become lost in following after things other than you. Strengthen your people as they follow & may they be beacons of your light to those who dwell in darkness. Faithful people have always lived this way. They take care of their home & family, participate in society & government, raise children & have occupations in agriculture, commerce & industry. All the while, they realize that they, like their ancestors, are temporary residents of a foreign land. Amen.
The sky is getting really dark & while Mom is typing this to you we are watching the weather channel & right now the weather is hitting in Connecticut. This is going to be nasty. I remember just how much you hated the thunder & lightning storms. They made you so scared. Snickers used to hate them as well. Hold on tight to him for Mom. Give him & Max big hugs & kisses. I miss them so much just like I miss you like crazy. I hope that your evening is filled with all things that you need & want to do & things that you love. I know Mom will see nothing shining in the sky tonight but I will whisper to you as I always do so be listening for my voice.
Remember you are in my heart, mind & soul forever. You are my hero & Mom's wind beneath my wings. Good night my sweet precious son. Sweet dreams. I love you to the moon & back & all the way around the world. To infinity & beyond.
Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!
