Hi pumpkin! How are you doing on this Friday evening? Mom is running so late tonight. It is 5:37 pm and Mark has fed the pups and I just got done submitting my exam. As I thought I did not do very well at all. There were 45 questions and I got 8 wrong but some were double so I got a total of 24 pts deducted. I got a 76 which is a C so on Monday I will look it over to see what I did wrong and make notes of it. I am not happy with my grade at all but at least I passed it and that is what matters. I thought I would actually fail it. Anyways.... Mom has done a lot today in prepping for Grandpa and Debbie to arrive tomorrow morning. I was able to do laundry, dust, clean the bathrooms, gather all the trash along with studying all day long. I just need to vacuum in the morning and I will be all set. I want to do a few little things tonight though after we have dinner. We shall see if I get everything done that I wanted to later...lol.
Meme called tonight. She had a doctor's appointment today. Everything was good for her. Her blood work is all normal. The doctor wants her to have a couple tests done but she is still refusing. She has a physical coming up in December. She spoke to Aunt Beck. Guess she is just really busy with work and has a few things coming up and some traveling as well. She was saying that her and John are going camping again before the winter months come so I don't think I will be chatting with her any time soon. Guess everything is alright though. Bean is doing okay. Her meds are really working for her which is a great thing. That was good news. Mom will chat with Grandpa later this evening and they will be here in the early morning. Not sure what we are going to do but we shall think of something! That is about all the updates that I have for you this evening. Mom really needs to get going as it is 7 pm and Mark and I have not had dinner yet. These late nights need to stop for sure. Mom needs to get on a new routine again. I will be writing to you in the morning so that I don't have to skip a letter again to you. I will write before Grandpa and Debbie arrive. I have had the candle lit for you all day today. A new one was started. It is Vanilla Bean. It smells pretty good! I will whisper to you as I always do later this evening when Mom gets ready to go to bed so be listening for my voice. Smile when you hear Mom and I will smile back to you my sweet precious son. I miss you bunches and I love you more than words can say. To the moon and back and all the way around the world. Always remember that you are my hero and the wind beneath my winds. You are forever in my heart, mind, body and soul. I hope your evening is everything that you want it to be. Come visit Mom if you can tonight. Until tomorrow comes.... good night and sweet dreams.
Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!
Here is the prayer:
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade. This inheritance is kept in heaven for you. 1 Peter 1:3–4, NIV
Lord our God, remind us again and again of what you have done in our hearts and lives to make us certain of the resurrection. Help us to live in this certainty and to hold fast to everything good and great which you bring into our lives. Grant us the assurance that we are gaining ground in the battle for the redemption of those who are still in darkness and in the shadow of death. May we find joy in what we have here and now. Give us patience in our struggles. Give us hope for all that has gone wrong, because even what is in darkness is still in your hands. In the end everything must be brought to the light so that all humankind may glorify your great name. Amen.
