Dear Tyler,

Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Monday afternoon? Mom is doing okay today. I have been up since 7:30 am and I actually got to lounge in bed for a bit because Mark was up earlier and fed the pups for me which was super nice! I did however get up around 9:30 and I started to prep our dinner tonight. We are having Mom's homemade beef stew and biscuits. Dessert will be Strawberry Cream Pie. It will be a warming meal seeings how the weather out there is so cold and gloomy. The sun will be setting in about 45 minutes...at 4:15 pm today. Mom wanted to write to you before it got dark. I just finished up studying today. I managed to get all the questions written out for Exam 6 so now I just need to type them all up and get them onto my exam page. I am still awaiting to hear back from my instructor. I will be calling the student services department tomorrow to find out why it has taken so long. I have Exam 5 all ready as well... I just need to do the last question which shouldn't take me long at all. The last thing to do is work on the Final but I can not do any of that until my other ones are graded. This is such a hold up...ugh! I think Mom will do all that she can but then I can look at the next course and start that one while I am waiting for this one to finish. I will be quite busy tomorrow with school. Mark will be just as busy with work so it all works out. Right now he is on a conference call with his team and I overheard that next week he will be really busy and tired as he has to get up so early in the morning again and go to that customer site just like he did 3 times already. I guess this time...no one leaves until it is done so that means he can be there for hours on end. This is not good at all. It is hard on him as he is the one physically doing the work but it is hard on Mom as well along with the pups. I know it sounds crazy but that is the truth. I can only hope for good weather for him to travel in those days. Please be with us both, Tyler. Thank you.
Last night we finally had our skype call. It had been 5 weeks since the last one. It was so good to chat with Tubal and Karen. They are doing well. After our hour call, Mom called Grandpa and Debbie. We talked for just a few minutes because their phone needed to be charged. They are both well. Getting ready for the Christmas season just like we all are doing. They will be calling me on Wednesday to let me know if they are coming this weekend. They want to see what the weather will be like. Mom understands that. The weather here will be 48 degrees and either sunny or just cloudy. We are suppose to get rain Sunday night but they would be home. We are in for some nasty weather tonight though. They are calling it storm Bruce. Up North in NH/VT/ME they can get anywhere from 6" -24" of snow. We are going to get the high winds (25-40 mph) and heavy rain from 6 pm until 3 am tomorrow. Please keep us all safe and watch over us. Thank you my sweet precious son. Mom will update you on everything when I know of things for this weekend. That is all that I have for today though. I need to get going and walk over to the office to get a package that is there. I want to do it before it gets dark. Mom is going to take a couple minutes to do that now and I will come back and finish the letter to you.....oh never mind... Mark just got off his call and he is going to drive over because it is so cold out. That was very sweet of him.
The candle is already going and it has been since this afternoon. It is a flameless one that flickers to look like a real one. I will find a real one though and I will light it as well for you. Mom will whisper to you like I always do each night so be listening for my voice. Smile when you hear Mom and I will be sure to smile for you. I sure do miss you so much. I love you to the moon and back and all the way around the world. You are my hero and the wind beneath my wings. Forever you are living inside my heart, mind, body and soul. I sure hope you have a wonderful night tonight. Come visit me in my dreams if you can. Mom will be waiting! The skies are getting darker now and it is almost completely dark out. I really dislike this time of year for that reason. The nights are so long..... anyways....Mom will be back tomorrow with another letter to you. Oh yeah...go visit Auntie Donna as it is her Birthday today. Just don't scare her....lol! Until tomorrow comes...good night and sweet dreams my bright shining star.
 Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!

Here is today's prayer:

Oh, that you would rend the heavens and come down, that the mountains would tremble before you! As when fire sets twigs ablaze and causes water to boil, come down to make your name known to your enemies and cause the nations to quake before you! Isaiah 64:1–2, NIV
Lord our God, in our times too you hear the prayers and cries of your children. We need to cry out, for humankind has not become your own but still lives in pain and under judgment, and many thousands have to die or undergo terrible things. They should be yours, every one of them. They should all be your children. So we cry out to you: Reveal and glorify your name on earth so that a new time may come and great wonders may be done by your hand. May your name be honored, your kingdom come, and your will be done on earth as in heaven. Amen.
