Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Wednesday afternoon? Mom should be extremely tired by now but I am not. I have been up since the a** crack of dawn thanks to the pups. I am not too sure what was going on but Ozzy jumped off the bed and I followed him and saw that for some reason he decided to pee on the floor next to the Christmas tree. He never does that so I was still asleep on my feet and shocked all at the same time. I cleaned it all up and crawled back into bed just to get back out of bed an hour later when Princess decided it was her turn. I got up again, cleaned and mopped the floor and crawled back to bed for the second time just to be wide awake and said "forget it... I am up" that was a 5:30 am. It will be early to bed for me tonight. I have a feeling 9 pm and Mom will be all done and asleep..lol! Mark got up and fed the pups for me and I laid in bed for about 2 hours and then decided to get up because Ozzy was sick in the bathroom. Today is just not the day. Mark was sick all morning as well. He is finally feeling better though and Ozzy has been sleeping most of the day but is now back to himself too. I think we all need to just go to bed early! Mom got up, made the bed, cleaned the bathrooms, took a shower, made breakfast, did the dishes and then came right in to study. My instructor finally messaged me after 2 weeks of this. I finished my exam 5 and will submit it tomorrow along with exam 6. I just need to finish typing out my answers to that one and I will be ready for the final! I am so excited about this. I want the course over with! Mark has been pretty quiet all day and working. He just is feeling tough. I will make a nice dinner tonight and it will be relaxing on the couch for us watching tv. I want him to do the least amount possible. Mom also spoke to Grandpa and Debbie today. They were saying that they are watching the weather still because it says something about a wintery mix on Sunday for them. I completely understand but I am sadden to hear they may not make it down. Mom hasn't seen any of them since August... almost 4 months. Mom will be praying for good weather for sure. Everything else with them is okay. Debbie is having a hard time at work still with her co-workers. They are giving her a hard time. She asked me for my advice so I gave it to her. Grandpa is still debating on staying at his job or work for another year. I told him to leave altogether because it was time. He needs to just live life and not work. I sure hope he does just that but if he doesn't then I hope he will be happy with his choice. Mom only wants them all to be happy! Mom will get in touch with Meme tonight to let her know. I think she will be disappointed too if they don't come down. I guess Bob is not well and Skittles is not either. Things just seem to be hitting a rough patch for everyone. Mom is staying positive though. I know that you are always near us so that makes me feel better.
It is already 4 pm and Mom needs to get going to prep dinner as it will take a bit tonight. Mom is making homemade shepherd's pie. If I start it within 15 minutes then it will be done by 6 pm. Not too bad. I can fed the pups inbetween . I also have some other stuff to do as well. I sure hope that your night will be fun while Mom gets some much needed sleep. I need it so that I can be ready to rock and roll for school tomorrow. I want to get a lot accomplished. Come visit Mom if you can. I will be waiting. I miss you so much and I love you to the moon and back and all the way around the world. You are my hero and the wind beneath my wings. Forever you are in my heart, mind, body and soul my sweet precious son. Mom will be back tomorrow with another letter to you. I will be lighting the candle in a bit and I will whisper to you tonight. Smile for Mom and I will smile back to you. Until tomorrow... good night and sweet dreams.
Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!
Here is the prayer for today:
Watch, then, because you do not know when the master of the house is coming – it might be in the evening or at midnight or before dawn or at sunrise. If he comes suddenly, he must not find you asleep. What I say to you, then, I say to all: Watch! Mark 13:35–37, TEV
Lord Jesus, our Savior, we look upward to heaven, for you will come from heaven in the glory of the Father. May we remain true to our calling, watching and praying every day and every hour, waiting for you, who will bring into order everything on earth. Bless us and bless our land. Grant us the joy to see you working through your servants toward the salvation of the peoples. Be with us and bless us. May your living Word work in our hearts so that every Sunday, every festival, and every day from now on may be a day of joy. Protect us. Bless us. May your name be praised in our hearts! Amen.
