Dear Tyler,

Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Tuesday afternoon? Mom is doing much better. I decided to write to you earlier seeings how the house is very quiet. It is just Mark and Mom that are home. Meme and Bob went out yesterday for about 3 hours and today they have been gone for about 4 hours. Bob had a doctors appointment. I am sure they will be pretty tired when they get back. They will grab a bite to eat and then Meme will do something and Bob will either sit outside or inside and fall asleep. I sure hope that this new doctor will try to help him out. He really needs it badly! He is talking even less than what he was which was really hardly anything, his shaking has gotten so bad and his temper is starting to show due to the bi-polar. Mom's fingers are crossed for him and all of us!
It is now after 3 pm. Mom took a break for a bit because just as I was writing to you Meme and Bob came home. I chatted with them for a little bit, got the low down on what they thought and then took the pups for a nice long walk. When I came inside, I had to make a couple calls and now I am back to writing. So much for the peace and quiet...lol. Mark is on a conference call and talking loud, meme is on her computer and yelling at it and Bob is outside. The verdict was that Bob has no opinion on the new doctor, Meme likes him and they will be changing up a lot of his medicines. He has another appointment in 2 weeks and I guess we share all see what is going on!
Mom is sorry that I didn't write to you last night but honestly I didn't go on my computer and I was not near my phone for most of the day. I did things around the house and then in the afternoon I tried helping Meme put some patio furniture together. That was not a success so I prepped dinner and ate alone around 5 pm because Mark was still working. He came down at 6 pm and ate. After that we all tried putting the furniture together. That was comical for sure but we did it. Mom called Grandpa as well to say hello seeings how it had been a week since we spoke and he never seems to call anymore. I wanted to make sure that Debbie and him were doing okay with the storm that they were getting. All is well I suppose. lately when I talk to grandpa it is not the same. He acts different. He doesn't say much and he doesn't want to talk on the phone hardly at all and that is not him. I know it is because of Debbie. She is still not talking to me. Guess she is still angry at what I said and that is fine with me. I will not apologize for anything. I was not out of line one bit. She can not handle it then that is not my problem. All I know is that she needs to either get over it or rethink her moving down here. I am not going to welcome anyone into my home that treats me the way she is right now...period! Mom is going to have to have a serious talk with Grandpa. It won't be an easy one but it is a necessary one. If you can, please be with Mom during that! I will need all the guidance and help. Thanks pumpkin!
I got to have a conversation with Auntie Kristina this morning. She was saying that her Dad was rushed back to the hospital at 2 am this morning. Things are bleak for him. She was a wreck. I chatted with her for about 30 minutes. I will be praying for Jim. Such a sweet man. Aunt Beck and Mom chatted for a while yesterday and again for a few this morning. It was nice. She is really busy with teaching and work. She said they got 18" of snow in the last 48 hours. Told her she could have it...lol. Grandpa said they got about 8". Guess this storm was wide spread and snow totals were all different depending on where you were located. Glad everyone is safe though. That is all the updates that I have for today. I am sure there will be more in the next few days.
Tonight will be making dinner, eating and then nothing but relaxing. Mom went to bed last night at 10 pm to get woken up at 2 am by Ozzy and then fell back to sleep around 4 am until 6:30 am when Mark's alarm went off. I am tired so it will be an early night for us all I am sure. We will probably watch a bit of TV and then call it a night. The weather is sunny but cooler. It is only about 61 degrees. I will still take that over the New England weather! Mom will light your candle in a couple hours and I will whisper to you later in the evening. Smile for me and I will smile to you. Have fun while we are sleeping tonight. Come visit me in my dreams if you can. I will be back tomorrow with another letter to you. Remember always, Mom misses you like crazy. My world is not the same anymore without you in it. I love you to the moon and back and all the way around the world. You are my hero and the wind beneath my wings. Forever you live inside my heart, mind, body and soul. Until tomorrow comes.... good night and sweet dreams later.
 Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!

Here is the prayer for the day:

And you, my child, will be called a prophet of the Most High; for you will go on before the Lord to prepare the way for him, to give his people the knowledge of salvation through the forgiveness of their sins, because of the tender mercy of our God, by which the rising sun will come to us from heaven to shine on those living in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the path of peace. Luke 1:76–79, NIV
Lord our God, we thank you that you let light shine out every day and every year. Thank you that we may always look to you, whose right hand will bring order into everything and set all things right, even in difficult times. May our hearts receive strength to persevere and go on praising you, for you remain, no matter what happens on earth. You are our God, you have sent us the Savior, and we can draw close to you. You have made us the firm promise that your day is coming when truth and justice will arise on earth to the glory of your name. May the hearts of many people turn to you so that they worship you and call to you for help, to the glory of our Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
