Dear Tyler,
Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Sunday evening? Mom is doing well. It has been a very busy day for me today. I was up early, fed the pups, got coffee going for Mark, did housework & laundry & then I was off to go get my nails done today. I needed to run a few errands before hand as well. Mom got home around 2:45 pm & grabbed Mark & we went for a drive. We went to the ocean that is 5 minutes from where we live. Today was a sunny day in the 60's & that place was hopping. We were going to go have dinner there but when we saw the lines we said forget it. we went to another place. We got home a little bit ago, Mark did some things he needed to do, Mom did a couple things that I needed to do as well & then we just finished skyping with Tubal & Karen. Now Mom is going to finish writing you your letter for the day & then I am going to go relax on the couch as Monday I will be up bright & early yet again to study & hopefully make some progress with that. Mark has another busy week ahead for him as well. He has been straight out for the last 2 months. Hope it slows down for him pretty soon. He needs a break!
Last night Mom was hoping to see a nice sunset & boy did I ever. Oh the sky was so beautiful with pink & blue. Mom took some pictures so I will post a couple on here for you to see. I also have a picture of the wall that Mark & I finished up last night. I sure hope when you saw it, it made you smile! I know it sure did make both Mark & Mom smile! om spoke to Meme & Debbie today & our family is doing well. Tubal & Karen are doing well too. Looks like Tubal is feeling better which is wonderful news as well. Mom received a text from Aunt Beck. Guess they decided to stay in Arizona longer. They are headed to the Grand Canyon tomorrow. Guess they will not be back for another couple weeks at least. It was nice to hear from her. Can't wait to hear all about their trip. Nothing else is new as of today so maybe Mom will have something more for you later this week.
Here is the daily prayer for the day: April 9~ Rain in abundance, O God, you showered abroad; you restored your heritage when it languished; your flock found a dwelling in it; in your goodness, O God, you provided for the needy. Great God, I thank you for the many times you have met my needs----not only material needs but emotional, relational & spiritual needs as well. Sometimes with near-miracles, but usually in subtler ways, you work your wonders & I have been blessed. I thank you for the care you've shown to me & I ask you to help me care for others. Give me eyes to see the needs around me & the strength to do what I can to show your love. My God will fully satisfy every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Amen.
Here is Day 23 of the Inner Peace cards: My positive thoughts create a positive life. You can reshape your thinking so that you never have to think in negatives again. You & only you choose your thoughts. So true! Love this card. Mom thinks I may need to reread that one daily!
The sun is setting & boy it is another pretty one tonight. The sky looks like cotton candy....our favorite! Thank you for 2 sunsets right in a row. Mom loves them. Mark & Mom are going to go out on the balcony & sit for a bit. Enjoy the fresh air with the pups while Mark smokes a cigar. After that I think I will be heading to bed as my eyes are getting pretty heavy right now. Hope you have a peaceful evening doing all the things you want to & need to do. Please come visit Mom tonight if you can. I love you to the moon & back 7 all the way around the world. You are Mom's hero & the wind beneath my wings. Forever you will be in my heart, mind, body & soul. I miss you more than words can say. I will be back tomorrow night with another letter to you so until then.... listen out for Mom to whisper to you later. Smile & I will smile back. Good night & sweet dreams my sweet precious son.
Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!
