Dear Tyler,

Hi pumpkin! How are you doing on this Wednesday afternoon? Mom is doing so much better today! The sun is shining bright and the skies are blue with no clouds in sight at all. The temp is almost at 60 degrees too! Tomorrow it will be sunny again and the temps will be a bit cooler in the 50's but I don't care as the sun will be shining bright! I am going to enjoy it because it is suppose to rain yet again come Friday afternoon and into the weekend I believe. Mom just looked at the weather to see what we were in for and looks like rain on Friday and then partly cloudy and sun over the weekend. Next Thursday will be interesting though as it calls for snow showers in the morning....ugh! Mom is so not ready for this but I know it is definitely coming. Anyways... enough of that because Mom doesn't even want to think about that right now!
Today has been a good day for us. Mom was up at 6:45 am feeding the pups and getting their vitamins plus making some hot fresh coffee for Mark. I did crawl back into bed for a bit after that was all down and looked at social media, emails, etc but was back up again a couple hours later. I got ready and took the pups out for a nice long walk. It was so nice to get that fresh air. The pups loved it as well. We walked to where we used to go and where they are familiar with and they realized that we were close to our old apartment. I think they needed that very much. We came back in about 20 minutes later and then Mark took a couple calls and then headed out for a long over due haircut...lol. Mom studied while he was gone and accomplished typing out all my answers to my exam. I want to go over it tomorrow before submitting it just to double check but then I will be starting the next chapters. It really felt good to get some of this done today. Mom is getting back to her routine for sure. It is 3:36 pm right now and the sun is still shining bright but it is hard to believe that within 1 hour it will be completely dark outside. The days are so short and the nights are so long. Mom has still not adjusted to the time change and is ready for bed by 9 pm. Last night, we had an early dinner and then we relaxed on the couch. Mark was not feeling all that well so he was pretty quiet. Mom did talk to Meme. She was asking about my arm and how I was doing. I could tell that she was stressed and frustrated with life in general. I wish that she would understand that she doesn't always have to be so negative when it comes to everything. She doesn't see any positives in anything anymore. She also doesn't see that it is not healthy. I love her too pieces but sometimes it is rough to have a conversation with her when she is being that way. Later in the evening Grandpa called and I spoke to him for over 90 minutes. We talked about the election, the way the votes were going, how he was doing, how Deb was doing and then he said that on Monday he had 3 guys come and redo and expand the drive way while they paved it. He said it liked the outcome and was quite happy. he has done a lot to the outside of his home... the drive way, the new shed, the car port...all of what he wanted to do. Inside he had the master bathroom toilet and sink replaced and next will be fresh paint and new carpets. He is looking at that in the Spring. He is also excited that come the first of the year his house will be completely paid off. That is such great news! That is all the updates that I have for today. I will try to touch base with Aunt Beck tomorrow and then our family again over the weekend. Mark was sleeping almost the entire time I was talking to Grandpa. He went to bed at 10 pm last night and was fast asleep before Mom even got into bed. That never happens so I know he was not feeling good. Today he is all better though. Tonight will be an evening of dinner and then clean up, taking the pups for another long walk and then relaxing for the night and watching some TV before bed. Mark is out of the house all day tomorrow so he needs to get sleep and Mom will be studying again. Friday should be a pretty quiet day here again which will be nice. Mom will study more, do grocery shopping and pay bills that need to be done. The weekend looks quiet and that is okay too. Mark's friend will be coming over on Sunday morning for the day and watching football and hanging out with us so that will be nice as he has not been here for over 8 months. The pups will flip out on him though and Mom will just laugh...lol! Well, it is going on 4 pm and the sun is starting to go down. It will be setting here shortly. Mom will be back tomorrow with another letter to you. I will light the candle in a bit and I will whisper to you later tonight so be listening for my voice. Smile when you hear Mom and I will smile back to you my sweet precious son. I miss you more than words can say and I love you to the moon and back and all the way around the world. You are my super hero and the wind beneath my wings. Forever you are alive in my heart, mind, body and soul. Have fun tonight while I sleep and come visit me if you can. Until tomorrow comes... good night and sweet dreams. Maybe Mom will get to see a beautiful painting in the sky tonight or tomorrow night? Hint hint!
 Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!

Here is today's prayer:

Has the Lord ever abandoned anyone who held him in constant reverence? Has the Lord ever ignored anyone who prayed to him? The Lord is kind and merciful; he forgives our sins and keeps us safe in time of trouble. Ecclesiasticus 2:10–11, TEV
Dear Father in heaven, Mighty God in heaven and on earth, quicken us by the Word you have sent and by all you have done for us in your mercy and steadfast love. Keep us eager and joyful even in difficult and troubled days. Grant us unfailing trust in you, to give us firm ground under our feet so that we can always thank and glorify you. For you, O Lord, are our God. You are our Father, and you will never forsake your children in all eternity. Amen.
