Dear Tyler,
Hi my sweet son! How are you doing on this Sunday evening? The weather today was nice in the 40's. It was sunny too. It was nice to get out today as we were snowed in for the last couple days. What is sad though is that we will be snowed in again as of tomorrow. Guess we are getting another storm & we could get another 7" of snow. I hope not. Mom's friend sent me a link early this morning telling me about the upcoming weather.... he likes to rass Mom with it because he lives down South. (He is the one that is always telling me to tell you hello.) He has become a really really sweet friend to Mom. We went to High School together. You would have liked him. You both love to joke & laugh. Your personalities are so much alike. I think that is one of the reasons Mom gets along with him as well as I do.
Well today, Aunt Beck & Uncle John set on their journey to South America. They will touch down in Ecuador late tonight or early tomorrow morning. I know that you have been with them threw their travels today. They had a beautiful day to fly. Thank you, Tyler. Lets see what else.... Mom went out shopping, did laundry, got my office ready for our company that will be coming tomorrow or Tuesday morning, & a few other things. Mom also talked on the phone quite a bit as well. Spoke to Meme to see how she was doing.... her & Bob are well, talked to a couple friends as well. Today is also Uncle Gregg's & Uncle Charlie's Birthdays so make sure you go visit them both, but no jokes, Ty.... don't scare them...lol. Tonight is also the biggest night in football.... it is Superbowl Sunday. Remember the times we would look forward to this day? You loved football as much as Mom does. I remember you would teach me to understand the plays. Gosh Tyler, I miss those times we would have. I cling onto the memories that we shared as that is all I have now. I miss you so much. More than words can say but I know you feel just how much. It is Carolina Panthers vs Denver Broncos. Mom & Mark have a bet going. I am rooting for the Panthers & Mark of course is rooting for Broncos. Help Momma win my sweet precious boy. Mom wants to win this bet...lol! Thanks pumpkin! Think that is it for today. Mom will have more during the week for you.
Here is you daily prayer for today. February 7~ Thy word is a lamp unto my feet & a light unto my path. Lord, in your infinite wisdom you knew we would need instruction for life & so you placed in your Word the guidelines for living a productive life brings you glory. Your Word nurtures us body & soul & keeps our minds focused on the beautiful, positive aspects of life. Thank you, Lord, for not leaving us here without a guidebook. We'd be lost without your Word. Amen.
The evening sky has been upon us for the last couple of hours. The sky was clear all day but got very cloudy late this afternoon. Not sure if I will get the chance to see the stars shining bright or the moon but as always it doesn't matter. Mom knows you are shining bright up there for someone who needs it more than I. Listen for Mom's voice as I will whisper to you as I always do. Smile when you hear Mom. I will see that smile in my mind. I love you to the moon & back & all the way around the world. Hope that your night is all that you need & want it to be. May you slow it down though & close your eyes & get some sleep. Sweet dreams. Come see Mom in my dreams tonight when I fall asleep tonight if you get the chance. Mom always needs you by my side. Please continue to watch over us all. Thanks Ty. Fly high & fly free up there in the Heavens above. Mom knows you are doing so many good things & learning a lot. I am still so very proud of you. I will always be proud of you. You are forever in my heart, mind & soul. You are Mom's Hero & my Wind Beneath My Wings.
Always, Mommy xoxoxo. Muah!
