Dear Tyler,

Hi my sweet son. How are you doing today in this Thursday evening? Mom has been straight out tonight again with homework & another test. It is 9:36 pm & I am beat. I wanted to stop in & tell you that I love you so much & I miss you like crazy. My eyes are heavy & I am sadden as I just learned that a friend of mine from high school passed away last night. Her name was Katrina. It you happen to see her & meet her tell her hello for me & she will be miss dearly. Thank you. I did not see the moon & stars last night but I did see a really good thunder & lightning storm. The rain was intense too. I don't think I can see anything tonight either as the sky got cloudy again. I will whisper to you as I always do so I hope you are listening for Mom's voice. I will make sure I write the daily prayers to you tomorrow. I will be writing you your letter tomorrow morning as Marion & Charlie are coming for a visit this weekend... Friday through Sunday. It will be super awesome to have company. We are not doing anything special but we get the chance to hang out, play cards, talk, laugh, etc.... like I said it will be nice for a change. I wish you could be here to for Mom to see, but I know you are with Mom in your own way.
